Comment entrer le code sur le mobile Alcatel OT-7040 ?

Le code pour le mobile de la marque Alcatel peut être entré selon deux manières :

1 - Allumez le téléphone avec une carte SIM étrangère *
2 – Lorsqu’il apparaît le message "Enter Network Key" entrez le code de déverrouillage NCK.
Le téléphone est déverrouillé.
* Étrangère – la carte SIM d'un réseau différent de celui dans lequel fonctionne le mobile.

1. Allumez votre mobile Alcatel sans carte SIM
2. Saisissez : *#0000*NCK#
3. Puis : *#0001*NCK#
Le téléphone est déverrouillé.

Me dieron el código incorrecto y su advisor me pidió meter el código tantas veces q mi celular sólo tiene un intento más me pide prueba de video para reembolso pero si ago las prueba me quedare con un celular blokeado permanente mente además a sido muy grocero su empleado en ña manera de responder mis mensajes . Yo libero 100 equipos al mes y e dejado de utilizar sus servicios por este motivo de que no creo me dio el trato q devia

I ordered a code to unlock my Alcatel One Touch Fierce 7040 I waited for the code, and after the time had elapsed it told me to wait 48 working hours. during that time I found I had put in one wrong letter in the provider code. I contacted customer service with the updated information and shortly after a code was sent to me. but it was the wrong code. perhaps it was generated from the mistaken information I inadvertently gave them. hopefully they will recognize the mistake and update the information and send me the correct code. Since they are in Europe and I in America the hours are different. on the website they don't specify what their "Working hours" are or when customer service is available. I will wait another day before contacting them again.
